Top Tree Supplies sell a range of products, therefore we utilise a multi-carrier service. This means we can select the best carrier for your product(s) and/or location. This also means we can get your purchase delivered to you as fast as possible. Where possible, goods will be dispatched within 2 working days, however, please allow for up to 10 working days for standard deliveries.
Free Standard Delivery UK, Mainland (Excluding Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands)
Our ‘free delivery on orders over £75’ applies to order placed for goods to the value of £75 or more before the VAT has been added to your order. Standard deliveries usually take 1-3 working days depending on the day your order has been placed and whether your item(s) are in stock. This offer applies to UK Mainland deliveries only and excludes Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands. For the purposes of our free delivery offer, Scottish highlands includes Argyle & Bute, Highlands and Orkney. Scottish Offshore Islands includes Shetland Isles and Western Isles. Standard Delivery UK, Mainland (Excluding Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands)
Standard deliveries usually take 1-3 working days depending on the day your order has been placed and whether your item(s) are in stock. Orders placed totalling a value less than £75 (before VAT is added) will have delivery charges applied on a weight based calculation. In some cases delivery charges may be cheaper if you contact us for a specific delivery quotation.
Standard Delivery Non- Mainland UK (Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands)
Standard deliveries may take up to 5 working days to non-UK mainland destinations if your item is in stock, we will contact you should you expect to wait longer for a delivery. Deliveries to non-UK mainland destinations are charged using weight based calculations. For the purposes of our delivery policy Non-UK mainland deliveries include, Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey.
Scottish highlands includes Argyle & Bute, Highlands and Orkney. Scottish Offshore Islands includes Shetland Isles and Western Isles.
European and International Delivery
In addition to the delivery options available via our website we also offer European and international services. Please email the details of the order you would like to place and the address where you would like us to send it and we will let you know the shipping cost.
Same Day/Next Day Delivery
We offer a range of delivery services not available via our website. If your product is in stock, we may be able to deliver it to you via a same day courier service (if requested before 10am) depending on your location. Contact us for details and prices.
Please allow extra time for deliveries during busy periods.
Top Tree Supplies Ltd cannot be held responsible for any taxes or other charges your country may impose for importation of your order. Your local customs office will have details about charges which may be incurred. Please check before ordering.
Should an item be out of stock or unavailable we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any possible delays and make alternative arrangements or offer a refund where necessary.

Upon delivery, please check that items have not been damaged in transit, before they are signed for. (It is your responsibility to inspect and confirm the items are in good condition before signing for them).
- ‘Unchecked’ if you are unable to check the item.
- ‘Damaged’ if the item is visibly damaged.
Damaged items can be returned, but please check the item itself is damaged and not just the outer packaging. If the item is damaged or unchecked and not signed for as such, Top Tree Supplies Ltd cannot accept any liability and the item will not be replaced or refunded.
Items can be removed or quantities can be amended on an order at the checkout, before transactions are complete, you may have to click ‘update basket’ to view any changes made.
If an order has been placed and you have been charged for the transaction, then please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that changes may be possible before items are dispatched.
If an item has already been dispatched, then you will need to refer to our returns policy.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. The item needs to have been purchased through us in the first instance.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Where possible a replacement item may be offered.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Postage and Packaging charges may be refunded in the unlikely event that items are damaged in transit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of any return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
